Working with teens from every background, our initiatives include teen moms programs, running youth events, clubs, feeding programs, drop-ins, & much more. You will always find us looking for ways to serve the community, the poor, schools & wherever else we can help.

It is our sincere hope to inspire this generation to adopt serving as a way of life, getting them out of their i-pod, facebook, my-space world to experience the richness of giving instead of getting. And at the same time discovering their own created intrinsic value as a whole person, body, mind, & spirit. Our core belief is in Jesus Christ, not empty religion. Please know that we are not interested in manipulating or pushing our beliefs on anyone. It is our sincere intention to serve our community, city, & youth population with genuine motives of care & concern.

Actually, the person who exemplified that in the most incredible way was Jesus. We hope to be a reflection of His great love for others. We don't suppose that everyone will like or appreciate this, but also we don't impose it on anyone. We really do care about the whole person.

Our team is constantly on the go, meeting young people's varied needs in every way possible. YU/YFC believes in the unlimited potential of every youth, and is committed to helping these youth develop holistically by fostering safe, trusting relationships with caring people to whom they can turn. Our goal as an organization is to help the young people of Edmonton discover their unlimited potential and use that potential to positively affect themselves, their peers, their schools, and their communities.

That's why our teams of committed youth workers push the limits every day on the cutting edge of youth culture. From Whtye Ave, to loitering teens in West Edmonton Mall to school gyms, you'll find our people all over the place, coming alongside teens and families just at the time when they are needed most.
